General sales conditions

The following conditions will apply to all services sold by telephone, fax, mail, email or through our website.

The reservation of a “Package with hotel and gourmet restaurant” or any room booking over three days must be made by phone, email or fax and must be confirmed with payment of a deposit of 30%. This deposit can be paid either by giving us your bank card number with all requested information, or by sending a bank check to our postal address. The balance of your order will be paid at your departure.

Our cancellation policy is free of charge 48 hours before your arrival. Please just send us a cancellation mail, fax or email to make sure we got informed.

Deposits can be refunded or postponed to another date only in the event of cancellation no later than 7 days before your arrival. In the event of late cancellation on your part (6 days before the date of arrival) or no show, we will keep the deposit paid when you made your reservation. Major cases such as death of a loved one or illness are taken into account up to 6 days before the date of arrival. In these major cases, you will be asked for an official document

For reservations guaranteed by credit card and in the event of a late cancellation on your part (6 days before the date of arrival) or no show, one night will be charged.
